# Introduction

Here you'll find manuals to the most common actions in Plesk, our magical hosting server.

# How to get in to Plesk

Go to https://beeldr.hosting:8443 and enter your credentials, make sure you are at the office, your VPN is activated or your IP is added to the list of approved IP's for admins to enter plesk.

# Google Authenticator

It's in the column on the left side of the screen, set it up in 1Password or your phone but just do it.

# How do I get SSH access to plesk?

Short answer, You don't.

We don't want anyone but the hosting wizzards wondering around in the server as root, there is just too much that can go wrong. If you really need something done with root access, just ask the person responsible for the servers.

You can however access the command line. By selecting a domain in plesk and setting "Access to the server over SSH" in the menu "Web Hosting Access" to "/bin/bash(chrooted)" a new menu item will appear in the website overview called "SSH Terminal". This allows you to enter the subscription as it's owner (the customer) and execute whatever you like. You just can't leave the subscription webspace so it's relatively safe.
